Returns/Refund would be applicable in the following scenarios :

Wrong item is sent- If the Model received is different from what is shown in the picture or if there is a difference in technical specifications, SRRAI offers a full (no questions asked) replacement/refund as requested by the customer. However the incident has to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product with supporting images & videos. However for Machines, Tools, Equipment, Spares or Accessories the color of the product might vary depending on the Manufacturing upgrades.

Item Damage - In case there is damage to the product, SRRAI offers a full (no-questions asked) Replacement or Refund whatever is requested by the customer. However the damage has to be reported to the SRRAI Support team within 24 hours of receiving the product with supporting photos & videos.

Defective/ Incomplete Product Received - In case of a defective product, SRRAI offers full Refunds, Replacement or Availability of Spare parts/Missing piece (If applicable) whatever is requested by the customer. The defects have to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product with supporting images & videos.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- SRRAI offers a full refund in case the cancellation request is made before the dispatch of the product. However for heavy shipments (Above 10 kgs) cancellation requests have to be made within 6 hours of ordering the product.
- In case of Cancellation requests after the product has been dispatched, a courier fee would be deducted for heavy shipments (Above 10kgs). However, if the assured delivery date has been missed, SRRAI would offer a full (no-questions asked) refund.

Refund Process
- In case of pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through a payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in the same account of the customer from where the customer has paid the transaction amount.
- In case of cash on delivery (COD), we will only initiate an NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. SRRAI required your bank account details:

It generally takes 7-10 working days for your money to get reflected in your bank account.
